practicing prosthodontist. He received his undergraduate education at the Osaka University
Faculty of Dentistry from 1971 to 1977. He studied in the post-graduate division from 1977
|Dr. Yoshinobu Maeda distinguished himself as a Visiting Professor
at the University of British Columbia Faculty of Dentistry from 1986 to 1988. Currently Dr. Maeda is Professor and Department
Head for the Division of Interdisciplinary Dentistry Osaka University Faculty of
Dentistry. He speicalizes in Prosthodontics. Both he and colleague Dr. Yuri Yonehata
engage in advanced sophisticated biomechanical analysis and research of the stomatognathic
system. A presentation of their extremely intelligent world class study impressed many at
the Annual Meeting of the Academy for Sports Dentistry in June, 2000. This took place at
ADA Headquarters in Chicago, Illinois.

Dr. Yonehata received her undergraduate dental education at the Osaka University
Faculty of Dentistry from 1992 to 1998. She is a practicing prosthodontist and is
currently working on her Ph.D.
|Dr. Yonehata is co-investigator along with Dr. Yoshinobu
Maeda of the biomechanical analysis of stomatognathic system as it applies to sports
dentistry. She was a co-presenter of an impressive high-tech study at t the Annual Meeting of the Academy for Sports
Dentistry in June, 2000. This took place at ADA Headquarters in Chicago, Illinois.
