Dr. Yoshinobu Maeda distinguished himself as a Visiting Professor at the University of British Columbia Faculty of Dentistry from 1986 to 1988. Currently Dr. Maeda is Professor and Department Head for the Division of Interdisciplinary Dentistry Osaka University Faculty of Dentistry. He speicalizes in Prosthodontics. Both he and colleague Dr. Yuri Yonehata engage in advanced sophisticated biomechanical analysis and research of the stomatognathic system. A presentation of their extremely intelligent world class study impressed many at the Annual Meeting of the Academy for Sports Dentistry in June, 2000. This took place at ADA Headquarters in Chicago, Illinois.
