Lawrence I. Endo, DDS,

California. He attended the California State University at Long Beach and graduated Cum
Laude with a degree in zoology. Dr. Endo completed |
| his dental training at the USC School of Dentistry in 1981.
Since that time, he has been in private practice promoting conservative dental treatment
and preventive dentistry. Dr. Endo is a member of the American Dental Association, the
California Dental Association, the Orange County Dental Society and the Academy for Sports
Dentistry. Dr. Endo attends seminars year round to keep abreast of advances and new
techniques in the field of dentistry such as the fabrication of custom fitted athletic
mouthguards that are laminated to provide better protection. |

Dr. Mark Laska, 3460

| Feliz/Silverlake community of Los Angeles ever since. Dr.
Laska attended UCLA for undergraduate studies and graduated from USC Dental School in
1970. He has been in private practice in Los Angeles since that time. Dr. Laska is married
with three children. During the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games, Dr. Laska was selected as
a dentist for the athletes and the officials. Also, Dr. Laska is currently the dentist for
the Los Angeles Clippers professional basketball team. He keeps abreast
of new techniques through participation in many continuing education seminars. He is
active in the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the Academy
of General Dentistry and the Academy For Sports Dentistry. |

Wynn Matsumura, DDS, MAGD, FACD, FICD,

the local, state, and national levels of Dentistry. He served on the Board of Directors
for his San Francisco Dental Society; California State Council on Dental Health and

| Dental Association (CDA); President for the California
Society of Dentistry for Children in 1984; and President for the Northern California
Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) in 1993. He was appointed by the Governor to
serve as an "Expert Examiner" for the California State Board of Dentistry. Dr.
Matsumura was selected as the California statewide Chairperson for National Dental Health
Month for two consecutive years. He recently completed over 5 years of service as the
Chairperson for the Continuing Education Committee for the AGD. His voracious appetite for
knowledge and his quest for ongoing self-improvement has meant completion of well over
9,000 hours of certified postgraduate study. He has been inducted into Fellowship status
in many dental organizations - AGD, ASDC, American College, International College, Academy
for International Dental Studies, Academy of Dentistry Internationale (ADI), American
Orthodontic Society (AOS), Federation of Dentistry Internationale (FDI), International
Association for Orthodontics (IAO), American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID),
International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI), and the Pierre Fauchard Honor Society.
Dr. Matsumura was honored with the following recognitions:
- Distinguished Service Award (DSA) from the American Society of Dentistry for Children
(ASDC) 1985.
- Mastership award from the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD).
- Mastership award from the American Society of Dentistry for Children (ASDC).
- Active Membership from the Academy of Osseointegration (AO) - Implantology.
- Certificate in Dental Acupuncture from the University of California at Los Angeles
(UCLA).
- Diplomate - American Orthodontic Society (AOS).
- Diplomate - International Association for Orthodontics (IAO).
- Diplomate - International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI).
- Expert Examiner for the California State Board of Dentistry.
Dr. Matsumura has contributed to various civic and community groups as a member of the
